We understand the process that happens when you loose your teeth. Here is what occurs: The bone supporting the teeth withers away after removal. When a denture is placed, the pressure of chewing causes a continuous dissolving of the jawbone over your lifetime. This is why dentures fit well in the beginning, then become loose over time. This results in Premature Aging.

Some patients do very well with dentures as their aging process is slower than others. Upper dentures seem to stay in well due to the suction on the palate, but lowers have no suction, and have to be held in with the tongue and cheeks. Many denture wearers suffer and are dental cripples, not smiling, or missing out on social events. Another problem is the skin on your face withers and wrinkles making you appear older than you are.

Do not be discouraged! We are able to help denture wearers . For a few years you will have adequate gums to support the dentures. We can design dentures that will be esthetically pleasing, and help you chew properly. You will require relines or new dentures periodically to maintain fit while the gums are constantly shrinking. An alternative to traditional dentures are Implant Supported Dentures. Please go to this page to see fantastic new procedures that can help you.

 Denture Services

Dentures - new dentures can be made in two weeks while you still wear your old ones.
Immediate Dentures - If you still have teeth, new dentures can be made ahead of time, then given to you the same day the teeth are removed. You never go without teeth.
Relines - this is like having a new denture on the inside of the denture plate and the outside stays the same. This can be done in office - same day.
Removable Partial Dentures - these replace several teeth and attach to your existing teeth.
Implants - great retention to hold in a denture or partial denture, and preserve your supporting bone.
